Fantastic choice of destination David, Mexico is amazing - I'm sure you'll all have a great time! 😄 I'm sorry to hear of your disappointment with regards to the premium seats, I'm afraid you can only upgrade for both flights as part of the upgrade. It's just how we make sure those Premium seats are yours for the entire holiday. ☺️ ^Dave

@@rickroll5105 i understand that they tried to get the audience attention, what they manage to do is confusing the hell out of me. Also there is no proper storyline, no use of the decor, why the story with a car when this is about plane?? Why the desert when it s about the security of a plane?? I mean this is utter nonsense for a safety video! Passenger is meant to sleep while having watch the security video and this is why this is nonsense, well nobody should sleep while watching the safety instructions.... waste of money, time, and even me commenting this is a waste of time. TUI should get proper creative guys to make a real commercial instead of having the team behind this one (from my opinion). All the best.
